BLOSSOMING HURTS SO GOOD

A series of poem-scores investigated the performativity of a body-that-wrote the transition from winter to spring, between words and wounds. 
Danced by a Jack of Clubs adorned with discarded flowers, weeds, and trampled clover found on the streets of Milan during MAW, a dialogue was opened in two tempos: -8- to see death. -0- to celebrate the regenerative capacity of certain species.

A sua língua.
O pouco que ficou de um número considerável.
Língua que, outrora fresca, falou e falou e falou e falou.
Repetiu e repetiu e repetiu.

Sobre uma superfície, material ou virtual, o gesto que repete de forma sempre diferente acumula camadas.
Através da leitura procura-se inverter este processo. Como se repetir de forma sempre diferente nos pudesse levar de encontro a uma simplificação, uma transparência.

His tongue.
Is what was left out of a considerable number.
A tongue that, once fresh, spoke and spoke and spoke and spoke.
Repeated and repeated and repeated.

On a surface, material or virtual, the gesture that repeats always in a different way accumulates layers. Through reading, an attempt is made to reverse this process. As if repeating it, always in a different way, could lead us to a simplification, a transparency.
